Return of the Candyman

Created for the cover art of my latest voice impression, video itself was made possible with the wickedly talented Chazz..Ravenelle, haha! My best friend and longtime collaborator of all things horror and whimsy! This is a portrait I made of Daniel Robitaille aka Candyman. Funny how that came to bee. Who paints the painter? Haha. Anyways, I used movie stills and press photos as reference to tighten the likeness of Tony Todd as best I could. Lighting really made the difference here. As you watch the video bee aware that only two talented individuals made everything you see in this cinematic experience and although we are limited in the softwares capabilities, it did not hinder our creativity to bring this horror legend to life. We are immensely proud of the work we did on it and I hope you enjoy this piece. Tell…Everyone.
